Turkish Pies

Dough:

250 g white flour
salt
Yeast of dough
Tablespoon butter
Warm milk for mixing

Method:

Mix the ingredients until we get a cohesive, wet dough and then form small balls

Filling (according to your choice):

Pour onion and pepper, cut together with a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add chopped meat and salt, black pepper, ginger powder, coriander, and parsley.

When the filling is cool, spread the dough with a mixture of butter and oil until the dough becomes transparent

Put the filling on half of the dough and add the red cheese over it and then press it on the sides and then cook in a pan with a little oil spray between pies.
