Ingredients and Method:
Mix two eggs with an electric mixer with a cup and half of sugar granules and a vanilla spoon. Then add 2 cups yogurt, one-third cup of oil and a cup of milk. Add a tablespoon of lemon peel with 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Mix well and add 2 cups of flour and 3 bags of baking powder.
Pour the mixture into a creamy mold, sprinkle with flour, then put the cake in the oven until it is cooked.
Remove the cake until it cools, and then sprinkle with the sauce, lemon and pistachios.
A cup of powdered sugar with 6 cream cheese and half a cup of liquid cream mix all with a mixer.
