Gratin with vegetables and minced meatballs

Ingredients:

1 kg mixture of green gourd,

carrots and potatoes,

300 ml cream,

300 ml milk,

220 g smooth semolina,

4 eggs,

little basil or coriander and parsley,

salt and black pepper,

garlic powder and onions,

balls of minced meat and cheese Red or parmesan.

Method:

We grind semolina, eggs, dried herbs, cream, milk, and spices.

Then we add the cheese, put it on a tray and sprinkle with the meatballs.

We cook the eggs for an hour until they are cooked.
