Cinnabon

Ingredients for the dough:

1 tbsp yeast
3 cups flour
1/2 cup powdered milk
5 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup of sugar
1 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup warm water

Ingredients for filling:

2 tbsp soft cinnamon, grounded
3/4 cup soft sugar
3/4 cup walnut, crushed
1/2 cup melted butter

Ingredients for Sugar Cream (optional):

4 tbsp butter
2 cups sugar powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 tbsp hot water

How to prepare:

1. To prepare the dough, place the yeast in a glass of water and a teaspoon of sugar and leave it aside for five minutes

2. In the electric mixer, place the butter, sugar, and salt, and cook well. Add the milk, egg, and flour well. Then cook the flour gradually. When you reach the third cup, add the yeast and water.

4. Cook for 10 minutes, then add the dough with butter, cover and leave to ferment for 1 hour and a half.

5. After the size of the dough doubles and leave it until the completion of the filling and generous cream sugar

6. To prepare the filling, in a bowl, mix all ingredients

7. To prepare the sugar cream, mix all ingredients well until smooth

8. Spread the dough on a surface covered with flour until it is slightly less than half a cm thick. Add the filling and place on the dough, in the dough in a long roll and then cut it with the knife.

9. In an oil-filled tray, place the pieces and leave them for half an hour in the oven to turn golden from the bottom and then slightly roast from the top

10. Remove the tray from the oven, place the pieces in the serving dish and place the cream on top of the sugar

Note :

You can add raisins or any dried fruit instead of nuts in the filling.
