Tortilla bread:

2 cups warm water, 1 teaspoon of yeast, 1 tablespoon salt, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1/4 cup olive oil, and flour according to the mixture.

Cook well and leave aside.


A glass of water melted with a tablespoon of starch, yellow egg, quarter cup of oil, quarter cup of cream, salt, red pepper, hot pepper powder, mustard, salt, 2 tbsp mayonnaise

And mix well with a hand mixer and you can add garlic or chives.


Stuff the tortilla bread with filling and add a little sauce, then add and place in the pan.
