Tasty Brioche

Ingredients :

500 g flour,

150 g grated carrots,

150 g green pumpkin,

3 tablespoons sugar,

15 g yeast kneading,

100 ml milk,

100 g butter,

2 eggs,

and salt.

Method:

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly without the butter and the grated vegetables until we get a soft dough.

Then add the butter and continue to knead the dough well, let it ferment and double its size.

 

We divide the dough into two parts, half the dough, half the green pumpkin, and the other half the grated carrots, we put the dough into the freezer so that it is easy for us to form the pellets, spread it in the cake mold and leave it to ferment again and add it to the eggs.

To 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
